Shipment processing time & delivery estimates
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. For weekdays, orders that are placed before 3 PM EST may get processed and shipped that same day. For weekends (Saturdays only), orders that are placed before 8 AM EST may get processed and shipped that same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Orders will go through 2 phases before being delivered:
1. Order processing time: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This involves the securing of stocks, in some cases, and the checking of Product Quality, Due to the surge in sales and impact of the epidemic recently, efficiency of warehouse will be delayed in 1-5 days.
2. Shipping time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has shipped. Shipping times can vary depending from 10-21 working days.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
